About Me

Born and raised in California, Erik J. Anderson moved to El Paso in 2019. Despite his short time here, the city and its people have quickly welcomed him as their own. Erik has gained an immense love for the region and wants to work towards the forefront of the industry. He has also been fortunate to gain connections and insights from his daily interactions with various residents when he ran his own landscaping company before joining Cushman & Wakefield | PIRES International. In addition, his experience as a corporate team manager while working with numerous Fortune 500 companies contributed to the connections he has enjoyed

Erik is currently attending New Mexico State University to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Economics where he hopes to implement that same analytical knowledge to industrial real estate.
